if you want to use them........ get any unit(if you want it to be a hero pick a hero type of unit) and change the model and abilities he/she can use
I don't spend enough time here

Horribly bad explanation! heres what joo do 1.Import them which you have already done. 2.Where did you download them from!? Private Message me this. 3.PM me for the rest!
Nalced... I would do that, that was my first idea, but when I import the files, they show up as Image/Texture, not model file so I can't use it in Art-Model File.

Skins are kinda funny, because they can look completely different from what they were based off from, but they're still based off an already existant model. When you download skins, they usually tell you which root directory to put them in.
By renaming the directory, you're basically putting your skin over the old unit's model. Ex: I download a skin that is based off of the demon hunter. The readme that accompanies it says to rename the directory path to 'Textures\HeroDemonHunter.blp'. So when the game looks for the demon hunter skin, it'll find my new skin first. So try looking for a readme file or something on the site where you downloaded it. Chances are it will tell you how to set it up. Peace out.
