ive been making a footman frenzy and i have been thinking about some new options using the dialog triggers but i am wondering how can i make it so that they can vote using this majority rules? not only that the setup of it itself. i want to make it so they can decide between a slower or faster spawn rate (reasons for this) if anyone knows how to do this plz help ty :uhh: :help:

u could make a message telling the players to enter chat "1" for slower, "2" for faster.

heres a trigger u can kinda work with im tooooo lazy heh event : a player enters a chat message conditions: (entered chat string = 1 (as an exact match)) actions: set x -(make an integer varible here)- = x + 1 if then else multiple funtions If: (entered chat string = 2 then: set x = x - 1 else: (do nothing) wait 20 seconds of game-time ( or however long you want the poll to last) if then else multiple functions If: x = less than 0* Then: (set mode to slow spawn mode, what ever ur slow spawn varible is) Else: (set mode to fast spawn mode, whetever u fast spawn varibale is) *note: if the amount of players is even and there is a tie, the mode will be set to fast because x wont equal less than 0. if you want ties to be set to slow mode, set it to If: x= less than 1 also in this players can vote more than once :( and i dont know how to fix that :(

ok im new to this whole map editing....i saw it so i decided to look around....and i just kinda twist already made maps around but how do u make gold minds on the map...i know this sounds stupid but i just can't figure it out

I believe it is a unit, under neutral passive in the unit pallete. Im pretty sure it is there, but if not check doodads

and a gold mind is something else than a gold mine ;)

it is indeed under neutral passive in the unit pallete to change the gold amount, double click on the unit.

also i was wondering how to make custom heros i saw like in the manager thing...but how do i get different charaters to be used as heros?

Mersudo, To make heroes you need to right click and copy a normal hero (ex Demon Hunter) and paste it into custom units. You can modify the actual hero without copying, however it is tidier to copy it. To change the unit it will be, just modify the "Art - Model File" to whatever you want it to be. You can also change the icon, the height of the unit, and some other things. Note you might have to also change the attack to suit the hero style. You can change its abilities which are listed near the top of the unit data. Hope I covered everything :) Good Luck

thx alot another member i was messen around with it and i figured out how to make it stronger and wut not...but how do i change its name....like in its health bar i can change that....but when u make the unit how do i change it?

Mersudo, I'm not too sure what you mean. Do you mean the random name it is given? Like the Blademaster will have "Level (some number) Blademaster" in the experience bar, and then above that it will have a random name. If you mean that there will be a "Text - Proper Names" thing to change, and you can modify this to whatever names you want it to be. Good Luck!
