hey guys i have an idea. I was checking at ign and looking at BFME 2. I noticed that the game wil have a create a hero feature. I think it would be a good idea if you create your own hero for sm, chaos, eldar, ork , and imerial guard. tell me your thoughts - blade:)
i think that it could be good but if you play on the net u will find that every1 will basically have the same weps and armour etc the only difference would b looks
Don't the commanders and Farseers class as "hero" units?
the idea would be to have one character that you follow all over the campaign or solo mission, and you improve him as long as he is alive... (maybe not too long in the 41st millenium... lol) like in heroes of might and magic III and more. You can give im relics, new weapons, rings and so on...
It might work in the campaign, but I think there are other things that Relic could better spend their time on in DoW2. Dawn of War is about the battle and the research, not so much the individual characters.
Besides, all of the info would have to be transferred before the game, and no matter how many variations you added, you'd still have someone complaining that they were missing X.
hi i think it would work but only if they had stats like strength and stuff agility etc etc. but it should have a stat limit otherwise every1 would give there heros ful stats so it would be rubbish.
I don't agree with this idea of making heroes more powerfull. It would look like to warcraft 3 a lot. And I like warhammer for this: units take advantage on heroes (in TT too W40K is a "unit" game, more than in warhammer fantasy battle where heros can win a game almost alone). counter balancing it would be a shame for me
Ok instead of just changing one hero around a little bit. How about customizing your entire army to look unique. By that I mostly mean the scrolls on the space marines, and different helmets for chaos and imperials. Possible maybe create an ability to create units that have been pre-customized before a match to have many different units that are just to show of your creativity. Being able to change the color of your weopon bullets/energy beams, and put in a system where you don't just buy dreadnoughts, and termies but rescue your fallen space marines or upgrade veterans... I can dream can't I...
thats what there gonna do in warhammer: mark of chaos (the warhammer fantasy rts)
hey can anyone give me the program to download rar. files
