DC was cool, SS... I haven't even found the urge to finish. They could make a nonlinear game more fun If each territory was like a races stronghold(mini intro, story as to why they are here, small task like destroy a banner) And, I think all of these stories should converge into one, you just play from different perspectives. A SP like this would mean you'd have to play all four races to see the whole story, so that's at least 20 hours gameplay. I'd also prefer DOW to keep with close quarters combat, but a different larger scale game should be made for the war-hammer universe. One similar to supreme commander but not as lame.
Yep, yet agian another non linear campaign, as it says on the official website. One good thing is, i wonder how it will work when doing it co-op. That could be soooooooo amazingly awesome. Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II will deliver fast-paced RTS action with ferocious melee and ranged combat in fully destructible environments. Immersing players in an in-depth non-linear single-player campaign and a fully-co-operative multiplayer mode, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II is set to deliver the most visually-stunning Warhammer 40,000 setting ever created.

Thats one thing that bugs me about 40k in TT. It's going to soon be focused on nothing but CC, with this new running crap.. Lets make assualt armies stronger!
Huh after watching the teaser many times, is it just me or is that Force Commander is a little to close to being in a C.S. Goto 'novel'?

Sure looks good... though I ponder how the gameplay will work in regards to what we've become accustomed to via Dawn of War.

As I recommend to everyone who wonders how it will work. Please play or download the demo of Company of Heroes it uses the same engine that DOWII will be using.
I have played Company of Heroes. I have the game, I did not like it, but then, that may be down to my current computer specifications, which aren't all that speedy. I think they'll be able to pull this off, if they do it correctly. Company of Heroes had a fair few more buildings than you'd find on Dawn of War, plus, was setup in quite a different way. If done correctly, the sega will continue. Granted most (if not all of us) wanted to keep the Chaos Setup, but as they're changing that, we've no choice but to hope for the best. I do think though, that eight (I think) squads is a little on the low side. I read somewhere, that the player will have eight squads to control only, and if they die, thats it.
From all the info that I've gather, I'm speculating that will be in just the campaign.
