Is it an impression of mine, or the current DoW2 website is completely useless? More then a month and an half passed, and still there are no updates at all.. I remember the old DoW website: a real delusion. AFTER the game came out three quarters of that site's sections were still "coming soon". What have I to do with some scattered screenshots and artwork images when I already have got the game itself? I'm quite disappointed..

Well it's because many PC game magazines like the more recent PC gamer preview (check my other post) has this scoop and they don't want you getting free info for free, they want you to buy the magazine. This what I think, it seems logical for the PC mag makers to do this to make more moneyz.

Other developers like EA are busy working on RA3 and CNC Tiberium (the FPS), and they still have time to post updates, start a beta, and make more of that ridiculously cheesy Battlecast Primetime. I don't see why Relic can't do they same.

The Starcraft 2 website is quite updated as well.. Not as fast as one would dream of, but still one or two times in a month. I wonder where the sense is in creating a website and then leaving it at itself, even an economic explanation seems quite stretched to me: how do PC magazines interfere with the direct mechaindising of a developer?
