1. Sync kills. Yes they look cool the first time. But it's annoying when my nightbringer kills less then 1 squad of guardsmen during the time he is up because he uses that levitate move on them one by one. One of the "tail swipe" attacks he uses when fighting a tank would kill several 100 times more then his usual crap. 2. The pathing. Unless they are hiting eachother, vehicles need atleast 15 yards of space arround them, or otherwise they refuse to move. Same problem with infantry on a lesser scale. 2 squads entangled = no more action for both of them untill atleast 1 faces the wrath of the "delete" key. 3. Retarded attack AI. Unit 1 owns in melee but has no ranged attack. Unit 2 sucks at melee but can kill anything at a distance. The first thing unit 1 does is knock unit 2 back for about 50 yards. WTF. 4. Dumb targeting. it takes 300 damage to kill a commisar and that will instantly break the squad. No instead of shooting the guy i right click on they start shooting at the imperial cannonfodder he was attached to. Monoliths have 4 small AV guns and one massive disruptor. Most of the time they prefer to shoot the guass cannons at the slugga boys that reinforce faster then the small guns can kill while spamming the particle whip on the looted leman russ.

It's like that in the Table-Top game, and I think it's done to add realism.

I used necrons as an example, you know what that is, an example? The other races got exactly the same problems.

Pathing can be a serious problem, but i noly get annoyed by it mid fight when i'm trying to run and get stuck on my own unit and lost my massive expensive squad.

The other thing I have noticed is teleport bugs, you press teleport or jump and you end up using part of your bar and not actually moving an inch, which is really annoying.

Number 4 is bullshit to be honest, the whole point on attaching a thing to a squad is to stop him dying, also in mid battle it's a little difficult as a warrior to pick out an individual mingled among a bunch of other blokes. The monolith is stupid enough as it is, and the whole point is that it rains down fire upon everything around it, is that not enough for you and your imbacronz?

My point was that vehicles with multiple guns do not use any form of common sense for targetting. And you can't micro them on your own either. Read posts before you start spamming offtopic balance complaints.

Btw, the point of attaching is to give buffs to the squad the unit is attached to.

Priests run alot faster then guardsmen and in quite some occasions move a few miles ahead of the squad. My berzerkers see the priest, and instead of attacking him, they run right into the enemy base attempting to get to the guardsmen the priest was attached to. Even when specificaly being told to attack the priest standing infront of their nose.

That's the main reason for attaching...
