Highlord Asehujiko;3819154My point was that vehicles with multiple guns do not use any form of common sense for targetting. And you can't micro them on your own either. Read posts before you start spamming offtopic balance complaints.
Well use a better example you eejit, monoliths are not a good example for complaining about because they are fine as they are, and to be honest the rest of the vehicles attack what you want them to, so what's to complain about?
None of the multiweapon vehicles are ok. The reason i use the monolith as example is because all of it's weapons have a visible indication of what they hit and the problem is more obvious that way.
It has 4 small anti vehicle guns and 1 big anti infantry gun. When left to it's own devices it shoots the main gun at the first thing that came in range and the smaller guns at any spare targets.
So the situation results in AV guns are targeting infantry. AI turret targeting vehicles.
Now if i try to micro it, the results are as follows Both AV and AI guns are targeting one thing. One of them is hardly doing any damage. The other unit is left completely untouched.
It SHOULD be: AV guns targeting vehicles. AI guns targeting infantry.
Monoliths are not the only unit with this problem. Replace the name with leman russ tank if that makes you happy.
So really you are referring to the secondary guns? Like on a Predator. If you select a target it will fire the main cannon at that target but the side mounted sponon weapons elsewhere?
Yeah that´s what he means. That is really annoying. Mainly when you´re attacking one strong unit you wanna take out as quickly as possible (like a monolith or somethin) and your predator with all lascannons fires the side lascannons on infantry cannonfodder. THAT is annoying
