I've viewed the report and as far as I can tell hes just off shooting a common figure of speech based on his religious beliefs (or techinically lack there of).
I'm not the section moderator though but there are some super moderators looking into it and making a decision

I was talking about the last part i dont care if hes a satinist a god lover or a frog worshipper i was talking about the cap lock and the utter lack of purpose. Also the blizzard comment and the 'suzzulz' or something Woot 550 posts!
