Either way, by this point we know the drill. The game'll be about a miscellaneous space marine of the blood ravens chapter that fights chaos, orks, tau, or tyranids to save humanity blah blah blah. They're getting too predictable with this space marine shit, at least change up the chapter now and again for christ's sake.
isnt the chapter in the game the ultramarines?
Yeah but it's in beta testing now, everybody knows it'll end up being the Blood Ravens unless they actually look at a battle from the dow universe instead of make one up.
i personally dont mind the blood ravens. but they really needs to spice up there fluff a little. i mean DOWII had plenty of chances to make there fluff really intresting especially by telling us wtf thule found on kronus. i mean in the next game ill ve fine with blood ravens as long as they probably tells us more about there history. like maybe they could find a planet held by chaos that could tell them which chapter they are descended from.
Junk angel;4869406Well they most likely are descended from the thousand sons. And no, I certainly hope, that their fluff will remain as uncertain as it is now. In the good nature of wh40k.
I could honestly care less what they do with the blood ravens so long as they make them a little more interesting. At the moment they are basically unknown and most of their memorable characters are from the DoW games. So they really have nothing to draw you in with.

well there are other companies in a space marines chapter. they have a lot they can do with the others if they do go with the blood ravens. honestly i hope they dont go with the blood ravens and choose a different chapter to use. it would give them a lot more possibilities. and who's making the game anyway? is it relic?

but come on. i mean they have been in 4 games already with nothing new to them. arn't you the least bit annoyed that there has been no change to them? besides thule?
