I just wanted to see which game people liked the best. Be sure to include, multiplayer, campaign, gameplay, and what ever else you want to include.
DC by far introduced 2 new GOOD races. the campaign wasnt half bad and gave diversity. wargear was like a shiney new toy. case in point
That's what I picked, because it has the two new races, the multiplayer is good, the campaign makes sense (except the IG vs SM thing), and the gameplay is pretty sound.
DC, because it at least shows Relic cares about it's long time fans.
i think winter assault, becuase of the campaign's altho it doesnt hav the other races...
The first one because it is the most balanced and fun to play.
Each race has a fair advantage over the others whereas in the other offerings, maybe not WA as I never played it. The newer races have some form of advantage over the older races.
Soulstorm is by far the worst of them.
The only real downfall I see in WA, was that the IG could get more than 1 Orgryn squad and more than 1 Kasikrin squad. It's nice if you're the IG but if you're facing them it sucks. But other than that the game was awesome.
I would say DC even though I havn't played SS (though have seen my friend play it) It introduced two new armies that were actually balanced. The limitation of turrets and mines also allowed multiplayer to be better. The campaign wasn't as good as I hoped, but it was better than WA. Off topic: In WA the IG could have more than 1 ogryn and kasikrin squad BUT other races could have more than one "super unit" which seemed to balance it out. Now that I think of it ogryns with priests are a good combination =p
