uld be noted that the terms for the weapons and Necrons that follow are given to them by their opponents, not the Necrons themselves. Aside from the C'tan, the Necrons never communicate to non-Necrons; only the C'tan known as the Deceiver has been observed infrequently communicating with non-Necrons."

Objection - the C'tan are still somewhere dozing of for milenia. The Constructs known as Nightbringer and Deceiver are merely two lords gone a bit too locco form their somewhat longer sleep.

That said, I'd actually vote on the nids to win, the issue is, that neither is likely to attack each other. No reason. Unless the dominant lord of the tombworld was a curiosity cat.

uhh... im pretty sure that the hive mind isnt psychic, they cant use warp energy, they block it out so it cant be used against them,

It actually is psychic, but more like the drone of a billion of voices that is so strong nothing gets past it (thing Borg collective)

the hive mind is the most intelligent being of the universe! it's psychic power even outmatch those of the emperor, the chaos gods and the freakin' eldar alltogether! so i think that the hive mind would come on the idea to fight back when shooted at, even when it's just metal...

Yes and what's next? A Beehive winning a nobel prise?

The hive mind is most likely a giant collective consciousness of every single tyranid organism from norn queen to ripper. But while this allows it to be extremely coordinated, it doesn't make it more intelligent. Think of the hivemind as a giant body, with the various cells and organs the various creatures.
