The Necrons

DoWnecron.jpg A Necron Lord stands in front of the Monolith

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. The Necrons appeared during the final mission of Winter Assault, where the player must defend a ruined Titan from them. The only units seen were Warriors and Monoliths; the latter are so powerful that only the Titan's cannons could destroy them easily, although it was possible to take them down with other means (specially evident during the Disorder campaign). Several Necron qualities were implemented for them, such as "We'll be back!" and "Phase Out". Spoilers end here. The units for the Necrons seen so far are: Warriors, Monoliths, Flayed Ones, Scarabs, Necron Lords, Wraiths, Tomb Spyders, Destroyers and Pariahs and Heavy Destroyers. The Necron Commander unit is The Nightbringer[4], although unlike the table top game, a Necron Lord, if properly equipped, transforms into the C'tan. The only Necron units not yet seen are Immortals though in an interview with one of the game creators he said that when tomb spyders have collected enough parts they can be used to make warriors or somthing more expensive like immortals speculating that they will be in the game. According to Relic, the Necrons will have a different economy model than the other races. They won't need Requisition to gain more units, only Power. Capturing Strategic Points will allow them to build units faster. Necron players will be able to balance their forces between units to protect their base and attack the enemy, or upgrade their central HQ to eventually become a powerful Monolith.[5] Now the raeson I highlight pariahs becuase I havn't seen any at all can some one give me a pic of one ingame (not tt I know what they look like in tt)

Think i saw em in one of the vids, can't remember which.

Besides, Wikipedia has a LOT of wrong infos about the 40k universe and if you look at older topics you'll see a lot of threads starting with a wikipedia quote which gets torn appart.
