Okay I was on the treadmill.
I usually have a routein of doing 1 1/2 mile at a certain speed (For now its 7.1mph), then I break for a minute and do another mile a little faster (for now 7.3mph).
I do this twice a day, afternoon and evening.
Now I'm doing my evening run. It took a lot of energy to get me off the couch because I was tired as hell. I finally get on, I struggle through my first 1 1/2 mile, and when I was just about finished with that I started thinking of all the people who have made fun of me and generally pissed me off the last few days.
I started pounding the treadmill with my feet I was so fucking mad (I kind of still am). So as I was about to finish I got this huge energy rush and I just kept going (increased the speed too). I was able to do three miles straight in 25 minutes. Thats about 8:20 per mile but considering thats what I usually do a mile in, being able to keep that pace for three miles was incredable.
I wasn't even tired after that so I did another mile faster then usual.
And all because I was pissed off
LOL when I run on my tredmill I get pissed because it is making me run. In turn, I run faster and longer.
You should see me... I'm sweating like a bitch and giving the tredmill the finger lol :)
yes happens to me all the time, and i punch stuff real hard, and it eather breaks or i hurt alot.
yeah anger is very similar to energie i remember i was ouside walking with my father and there was those bastards across the street that were making me angry(cus i once met them) when we pasted them and one of them tried to throw a rock at me(more anger) a few meters later my father said to me: Why are you suddenly walking that fast. and works also in all sports, i try to put it in sports then in people.
I'm spending a year dead for tax reasons.

Nah, but i think the reason is that when your upset you get an adrenalin rush, all that energy is relesed into the body, and the best way to get rid of it is to exersice. It helps your running, although probably would cause health problems if you kept up such a pace because of your feelings.....

Yup when you mad or a dog or somthin' is chasing you you tend to run really fast and can run for ever.

I run every day for (I go up 1 minute a day) at 12.1 kmh, i'm now at around 6 minutes.. I can walk forever, but my running isn't so good.. lol a week ago I couldn't run 3:00 minutes...
and I can;t see how, when i get to it, run for half an hour without getting bored.. lol i get pissed off and continue probably ;)
Yeah, one day I wen't paintballing with my neighbor and some of uor friends at a "private" course. (actually some guy who had a freakin' big backyard, idiot...) So when we arrived I though "Hey, why does he get a freakin' big backyard, stupid fag" and so on. I was so pissed off that I won the first two rounds. (Weeeee!) And then we played an endurance free-for-all match. Which is where you shoot the crap out of each other until only one man is left standing because the others are weak little weenies. And did I win?
Of course not! I did get second though, when I passed out. I have pictures I might post of my numerous welts all over my chest and back. But it was because my small backyard and the envy of his 50+ acre backyard that got me a good reputation. So anger does =energy.
