Well life is hectic, last month has been hell. Including the riots the other day. Those guys who got injured in the grenade were my mates, i was 5 metres from where it went off. It was a homemade grenade, it didnt spray my way but my mate whop was next too me managed to get some srapnel in his leg. I had to treat one of my mates, he was a P1 casulty. His foot was hanging off, i had to try and stop the bleeding and gave him morphine. It was terrible. The grenade went off and everyone around it just dropped to the ground, screaming with pain. One guy was knocked out, we thought he was dead as he had head injuries. Thank god he was o.k.
It was bad bad shit. Things are hotting up down here. We were also involved in the car bomb 2 weeks ago, had to make a cordon. but that wasnt too bad.
Its getting bad out here, fucking bad.
