Whats the area around your computer like? i got this lazyboy recliner and no carpet. theres a tv right behind me so i can just turn the chair around to play my gamecube. i have a wireless mouse and a telephone right next to my keyboard. other than that its just a basic setup; desk, pencil can, monitor above keyboard, tower on desk too.

In one word? Chaos!

My set-up is also somewhat like yours DragonNick,

The computer is in the corner of the room, the TV is located behind me, I have books staked up on every side, papers everywhere, a cell-phone, coffee-mugs, pens, money, CD’s, even a pair of socks, deodorant, a USB card reader, whiskey, a thunder dome, remote controls, a digital camera, receipts, movie tickets, brochures, a calendar, some military papers from 2002, and dust… lot’s of dust… :uhm:

This thread just inspired me to clean up my desk…

Hmm, so far the strangest thing on my desk is a cleaning brush for old vinyl records :uhm:

Antique table from about 1840, heavily scarred/heavily varnished surface, vlack legs and lip. On it I have my PC, Monitor, Keyboard, Speakers, Telephone and camera dock. As it has a bottom surface, I have a printer and boxes of paper down there. To the right is a mahogany table with a 13" (Normally 36", but it's downstairs ATM) televisioon w/satelite and on the left is a leather couch....fuck it, i'll post a pic.

Well, I like it anywas. The BIG picture is hanging on the wall behind the computer and the one with the black frame hangs over the computer. All the walls have art on 'em, those are just my favs. The couch is to the right in a 'lil alcove thingy and the computer desk is an antique, but the surface is REALLY scarred and REALLY shiny. T'was a bitch to edit out the shine :p
