I know I am going to sound like a major dumbass over here, but can anyone explain to me how to get those cool desktop things? I tried windowblinds once, but it lagged my computer all to hell.

Well, just search around for a picture you like. Then right click on it and go down to "set as desktop backround".

I know but I want those cool customizable things like the clocks and the cool bars at the bottom and everything. By the way, some of you guys need to learn how to use folders. Right click, go to new, and hit folder. Not that hard. Your desktop does not look as cluttered, trust me.

Look in the settings folder, if not, it probably needs to be downloaded..

Adding new items such as clocks and the bars requires a program called DesktopX. here's another theme I'm using.

If you want to change the taskbar to a style other than the two default styles (Luna), then google search for uxtheme patch. It lets you change the styles throught windows display properties other than using a 3rd party program.
