Hey, i was just wondering...at my school you can choose either spanish or german as a second language. now, i can understand the importance of spanish, but what about german?? i doubt 10% of the people taking that class will actually go to germany, and dont germans mostly speak english anyway???
German would be good if for overseas business, banking, etc.
Most German can speak english. English is a wordwide language, most people can speak and understand it. Also my second language is Spanish too, the words are sometimes hard to speak.
My second language is Spanish, but I don't really like it. I have trouble hearing the words.
Spanish, I kow very little though, yet I go to Mexico once a year for a month!
... im starting spanish in a couple of months...
shouldnt be too hard..
no, it shouldnt, if you do a little thing called listening. i cannot stress this enough: with a 3.95 gpa, i can say the one thing that has made me succesful is my listening skills. and listening to a foreign language more causes learning to come quicker.
My second language is French but i am canadian and i am fluent in both national langueges (sry for spelling really late here)
hmmmm, french. my knowledge bowl coach can speak french, i think. sometimes he just yells at us in french, but he might have those phrases memorized. funny language.
I'm canadian, and I don't speak the slitest bit of french.
