k gang I've taken arial map photos of most maps and I'll post them here @ gringo, can you remove your fog and take an arial screenshot of battlecreek in both ob and cp modes @ paolo, same thing, (maybe 2 shots a low one showing 2 made bridges then a higher one showing all train cars) (try to follow what I have done, aim north and remove gun (cg_drawgun 0) I do want both the compass and objective flags visible in shot.

also (too late for these maps) but in the future mappers, lets not have the sun shining from the north (we are supposed to be in america's west, not south america) (o.k. the bird shot is just for artistic licence)

homework for any wildwest member with photoshop (and knows the maps {modern versions}) using photoshop (or any other graphics program with layers) work on line drawings of the maps (just draw on a new layer over egsiting picture). Also (if you know where they are) number objective locations (and also add # next to objective flag), do this also on it's own separate layer. paolo, when doing the trainshots you'll have to be low enough to show the bridges for first shot but then get high enough to show all train cars in one image. (see my attachments that aren't that hot with the fog) I'll be busy gearing up for a major vending event (boston's Arisia sifi convention) for next weekend so you'll probably not see me for too long a period for the next week if at all.

almost paolo, I need one shot (with north "up") of the trains showing the 2 bridges in one shot, and a second (also with north up) showing all of the train cars (think really high)

@ED, Refresh my memory mate, if I'm in spec mode there will be no compass shown, any idea on how to accomplish this? The next one is the 'high-altitude' shot, if I go up too high the game automatically will not drawn brushes in the distance, again, how?

lol sorry mate, go into map in dev mode. type /cg_drawgun 0 (to turn it off, 1 to turn it back on) then you are all set, noclip to good vantage points. I've also noticed that blown objectives (like the bridges) disapear from view when you shoot through the top of the sky box, so a lower one showing just the 2 bridges, and a higher one showing all the train cars would be nice.
