This has been going on now for a couple of weeks. On any map the tanks, planes, jets and opposition and coalalition soldiers would just dissapear and reapear. They would be invisible for a few seconds and then just reapear again. When i cap a flag i assume theres no enemy soldier around but all of a sudden he appears out of in front of me and i end up being shot. I reinstalled dc a few times and yet it continues to do this. My system specs. Not an alienware computer but i dont lag either. Could the omega drivers be causing this? Id hate to get rid of them seeing they gave me a performance boost.

The 44.03 omega drivers are not really finished. Did you choose performance or quality? I suggest you try the 43.45

Performance. Im trying to connect to a link to download the 43.45 and it seems its busy. These drivers are the best i had but it seems as though dc doesnt like em.
does it do it in normal bf1942?
Nope. Normal bf runs fine.

Does it happen when you're switching camera angles? When I'm bored and continually pressing "C" to change the angle, once I get back to 1st person, the Vehicles are invisible unless I get inside one.
do they dissapear when they get closer or further? cuz it might be a LOD problem.
Only close. This is my video.con file. I have changed some settings in the file for performance.
renderer.allowAllRefreshRates 1 renderer.fieldOfView 1 renderer.globalLodRadius 1 renderer.globalLodRadiusScaleFactor 6 renderer.lockfps 190 renderer.forceSWSkinning 0 renderer.useTrilinearFiltering 0 Console.drawfpsgraph 0 console.showstats 0
the only thing dif from mine is the: renderer.globalLodRadiusScaleFactor 6. so try seting it to: renderer.globalLodRadiusScaleFactor 5.
hope this works! btw if it dont then i cant help you anymore.
