Most of you dont care, but im exited so ill post it anyways. I finally got my new comp and man its so sweet. Funny thing is during shipping, a stick of 512 memory came loose and it showed up as only having 512, thought i was getting jipped. Anyways got a question for you. I have the Radeon 9600 with driver 5.2 Is that ok and is it the newest, I know absolutly nothing about drivers. Thanks everyone and damn i want my bfV, got it from ea games.

Since youre new to all this.

This is how you install the new drivers.

First down load them, then go to youre control panel( if you have win xp click on start then click on control panel) then ADD remoove programs, delete both ATI control panel and ATI drivers.

Then click on Start and My computer. Click on the C: drive. Right click on ATI and delete it.

Then Unplug youre internet, and reboot. Youre computer will detect new hardware, just click on cancel. Install the ati 4.3 drivers and youre done.

You don't really need to unplug your internet. Just make sure after you reboot that you cancel all that crap (for lack of technical terms) that pops up. Then just install the new drivers from the file you downloaded (at whatever location you saved it to).

My only question to add is, are any Radeon 9600 XT owners out there sure which version of the drivers you install from ATI, the Radeon Series or the Radeon Pro Series?? My old card was a plain old Radeon 8500. Picking the right drivers used to be easy.
