OpTikN3Rv you're such a faggot.

why do yanks have to have everything big? to keep faggot countries like yours in check

why do yanks need to have a gun under there pillow ? to shoot the steers and queers that come from your country

why are 2/3'rd of the US population under the poverty line ?? try 1/2 you asshat

Why do yanks think they are the only country to be allowed weapons of mass destruction??? We invented all of them you dumb ****casket

Why do yanks not learn that attacking 3rd world countrys and getting there arses kicked aint cool ?? name a 3rd world country that we lost to ??? and Vietnam DOES NOT COUNT because we were under orders from ****head central to not "play to win" so to speak. If we would of been released to use nukes, 'Nam would of been over in 1 day.

So, can you tell me exactly WHO has a bigger military than us with more working equipement ?? You'd need Russia, China and the original NATO states to equal our air power. We have 8 more aircraft carriers than anyone else in the world. We have the 2nd largest standing Army and the 1st largest standing military in the world. If you would like to **** with this "yank", I invite you to come to my house and i'll send you home in a body bag, shit for brains.

I know I'm just going to fan the flames per say, but I'd also like to point out that a fair amount of your argument about the US is... let's just say... flawed. Let's consider the fact that many text books are skewed and biased. To be fair, American textbooks do not really give any credit to minorities for their contributions to much of America's success. Likewise, Japanese textbooks, never have formally mentioned that their bombing of Pearl Harbor was an act of war. Nor have they ever apologized for it. This is an overall example of the misunderstandings that can perpetuate in overall society. Biased opinion is accepted as overall fact, when frankly if you look at it in more detail, it's just not completely true. The idea that Indians were the 'true' Americans is also a flawed concept. The Indians as you call them probably were from probably Siberia or Northern Japan (Ainu). They came across on a land ice bridge approximately 12,000 years ago, and maybe even further, based on recent findings in the southern US. Some studies show that Pacific Islanders may have used Pacific currents to 'lilly pad hop' from island to island until they reached the Western US. There is no real concrete evidence pointing out who the true Americans are, and to place them all into the category of 'Indians' is also a misnomer. (We will also avoid the seg way about Leif Eriksson and the like because there is also evidence that Vikings were leaving temporary settlements up and down the eastern coast... but they haven't found much about that either.) There is no real true American. American is simply stated, a melting pot. For the most part, we take nearly everybody. Once they're here and they get 'their card' (heck you don't even need one sometimes,) you’re one of us! Yes, it is true. Americans butchered the Indians and I do feel remorse for that. But so did the European explorers that arrived before them. Pizzaro, Cortez, Coronado, and even Columbus were not the kindest to Indians. English and French had border disputes constantly with them and used them against each other in wars. I would also consider looking at the history of your own country. 'Don't cast stones, lest they be thrown back at your glass house.' I noticed that you don't place your location in your profile. That's fine. I understand. It's easier to criticize when you're beyond reproach, right? Europe is FULL of history on ethnic cleansings, religious persecution, and 'civilizing of the natives'. ANY country that you are from, there is a story to be told. England, for example, has Hadrian's Wall. Not to mention the Northern Ireland issue that has seemed to be swept under the carpet. We can also always bring up the Saxon conflict as well. France has issues even today with migrants from Nigeria and other countries. We're not going to talk about Germany. That's an hour long topic. You see, it doesn't matter where you're from, there's some dirty little secret to talk about how YOUR people subjugated another. America has fallen into the pit-trap of being the 'King of the Hill'. Everybody wants to knock us off. Most people are not educated enough about the Iraq conflict to make an informed decision, and furthermore turn it into an X-Files conspiracy issue, which is misguided. Yes, we carry a big stick, and no, we are not afraid to use it. Why should we allow ANY atrocity to happen again? The problems that were exacerbated that caused WW2 were based on a variety of issues, the main problem was nobody would step in and say, "NO," to Germany after WW1, even though rules were in place to do so. Then there was an issue with tonnage on ships etc... And this compounded into full blown war. Yes, we have a responsibility to enforce, because no one else does. America is a country of 'doers', and so we take a lot of flak when we flex our muscle. But when we finish, everybody appreciates the hard work we do for a few months and forgets about how we bailed them out. (IE. Gulf War, WW2, and Korea.) Look at Afghanistan. From Alexander to USSR, nobody had beaten them. We are helping them rebuild. We are the only invading victors. Nobody else would do it. Nobody wanted to clean up that mess. But we are. If we had sooner, then maybe the towers wouldn't be gone. Maybe I could still see them again... (Albeit a small coalition of our friends helped, but for the most part all we got was criticism from those who thought there was still a diplomatic option.) Taking up the issue of Vietnam for a second since it was brought up by someone else, I'd like to point out that the conflict wasn't originally ours, it was the French. They passed the gauntlet to us and we, as the protectors of Capitalism, tried to stave the progress of Communism, but we failed as well. Everyone now is quick to judge America as an aggressor, and yes, in many cases it is; However, before you go join your anti US rally consider that America gives more money to 3rd world countries than anyone else in the world, at the expense of its, 1/2 below the poverty line. (Statistic not validated yet.) Isn't that charitable to the point of insanity? Would you mind paying 5.00 at the pump for gas? Do you care that there are just people who are inherent to extreme acts of violence, which don't care about your olive branch and just see you as a big target? Would you still be carrying that olive branch when someone important to you is killed by some fundamentalist in a plane who thinks he's going to Heaven for killing non-combatants? They don't play by rules. We do. We are protecting our interests, just like anybody else and because we have the biggest stick, it has become a lightning rod for criticism. Think about why the French don't want us to attack. France has a 70% interest in Iraq's oil wells. They have economic incentives to work this until the last second. But that's OK, because they want peace, and we, the U.S.A. get labeled as the ones after Iraq's oil. No I'm not a war monger, and I absolutely despise our president. His policies on North Korea are moronic, but your stance that America and its people are all 'gajin savages' bent on conflict, is brainless. America is not the only country with nuclear options. OK? Here's the current list: USA, Russia and some of its former republics, UK, France, China, Israel, India, and Pakistan. These are the official members. (Don't ride me if I missed one... I'm doing this all from memory.) No, we don't want more members in the club. India and Pakistan forced their way in, so now we have to deal with them. We all know what would happen if Saddam got a hold of these weapons. This would be the ultimate chip in any war and probably it'd turn into a 'preventive first strike' issue. It takes about a softball size ball of enriched uranium to make a bomb big enough to eclipse the one detonated over Hiroshima. Do we want 'Jimbo Bob', who is certifiably loony in the head, selling that to terrorists, so that he can get some cash to build golden toilets? No we don't. So we don't want them to even have that potential. There are other options if you need electricity. Really, do you want your next door neighbor to have them and be pointing them threateningly at you, as America and the USSR did? And yes, we beat everybody else to the punch and got them first. We then shared them with our allies, (who gleefully took them,) while other countries developed them on their own. If we hadn't of used them on Japan, the war would have been drug out and many more lives would have been lost than you could conceive. See "The Battle for Okinawa" as an example and everything has worked out for the best. We even rebuilt them to be better than us. (Anyway I'm sure you look back in all of your 'logical' hindsight and say what a mistake it was, so it really doesn't matter what I'm saying on that...) We 'attack' 3rd world countries, such as Afghanistan and Iraq, because that is where most of the problems lie. 'Civilized countries' take care of their problems internally. (I'm sure you wanted a 'diplomatic option' when those idiots, who we're in Afghanistan, crashed into my towers. What if they crashed into Big Ben or the Eiffel Tower and then celebrated about it and you knew where they were? How would you feel? What would you do?) Please note, recently declassified files have uncovered that we did consider using nukes on Vietnam, but it was deemed too controversial. Our military? It's really NOT the largest, but it’s the best equipped and trained fighting force in the world. Now I want you to think about your argument on the issue of attacking weaker countries. Now let me pose this to you: If we weren’t so well equipped and America was a third world country, would you think it was ok for us to attack Iraq then? That's what you're saying, or would you want us to 'negotiate' like the hundreds of thousands that have during border/ethnic conflicts in Africa. Maybe it should only be 'civilized country' v. 'civilized country', eh? Crumple that argument up and throw it out. It doesn't work. Please also consider that everything in the U.S.A is big, (especially here in Texas, where we do things bigger than everybody else,) because we CAN do it bigger than everybody else! It does appear egotistical to the casual outsider, especially since all other countries are blasted by our culture and media 24/7, but that's a benefit of being #1. You got it. You flaunt it. I don't know man. Criticizing a person because somebody can't spell is a little childish... and then saying they must be an American? That's downright ignorant. The English language by the way is a growing language. Using it in a slang form or perverting the usage, doesn't 'stupify' it. It expands the general acceptability and chance for being understood. It's true. I used to feel the same way about that; however, someone with a doctorate in Linguistics informed me otherwise. FINALLY, America has lots of hot chicks. They are one of our best exports and when we import them, we only make them better! Well I am done going off. Sheesh, now I have to feel like I have to spell check in Word every time I write something here. Thanks a lot! And because of that, I designed OpTikN3Rv a new icon! Have a nice day… Now onto the Coral Sea issue…. Yes they can cheat. I have seen someone parachute in and swim against the ship. Sometimes when you land you can go through the carrier. Otherwise you can have a jerky on your team who moves the AC and that sucks too. :( Hey all that ranting just to say really one thing about what this post was originally about! That’s why it’s called ranting! :cya: :cya: :cya: :r :bows:

Haha leebo,

That was a freakin huge post and I am not going to read it all! I just skimmed it.

I still think we have the best beach babes mate, have seen some hot ones around the place lately, sheesh it was 42 here the other day (Celcius not Farenheit!). Also it's a toss up who has the more highly trained fighting force, us or the US - of course the US has more and could walk over us any day if they wanted to, but our armed forced are widely recognised as being the dominant fighting force in South East Asia, big fish in a small pond mate!

Have fun - your posts may be few in number, but you have my respects for that whopper!!

You're right, but unfortunately some people can't keep their ignorant political rhetoric to themselves. As such it prompts others- who do have some idea what they're talking about- to reply just as Leebo did, and it's exactly what one has to do when trying to hack through Optik's rather ludicrous comments. I still have to do the same to his equally "insightful" points of view on the Euro thread in the Off-Topic forum, when I can bother wasting the time and effort on it that is. :p

On another note, my girlfriend's Australian so I'm inclined to agree with Apoc here. :D [/color]
