A soldier once said "Enemy sub spotted" on Battle of the Bulge and a newbie actually went around looking for it for about 10 minutes.
"I didn't know it could fit up the river!"
You people have, clearly, never heard of landsharks 0_o.
Nice sig btw Rumor :D
hahahhahahah the best radio command of all time is the German one for a medic. Shneil, deBuaw hine en aust.
Unit 01 kicks ass-- in a freaky Eva kind of way. I've got my computer named Unit03 right now. Yes. I'm lame like that.
enemy sub spotted, ship spotted? i use them for a laugh.if people understand the joke, they respond.Roger that! i like to have fun an laugh.its a game you know:rock: :agreed:
Speaking of radio commands, anyone here speak German? I do, a little, but I want to know what more the Krauts say on the radio. The radio talk is one of the things I love the most in BF.
I already know some of the commands, like the call for medic: Schnell! Wir brauchen einen Arzt! and not what someone else here said... :uhoh:
We're running low on reinforcements: Wir haben bald kein' Verstärkung mehr! We're taking casualties: Wir haben Männer verloren! Artillery ready for barrage: Artillerie vordert ein Ziel! Defend our position: Wir müssen unsere Position verteidigen! / Verteidigt unsere Position! My favorite though is Go for the flag: Um die Flagge kämpfen! :stallard:
I need help with these, the only ones I don´t know yet:
We've lost contact with an outpost! Requesting a pickup! I have a target for artillery
Then we have the Japs... You just gotta love 'em! My favorite Jap command is "Defend!" :stallard:
And I haven´t even mentioned the Italians. ...anti-carro... :D
For some reason the Italian call for a medic is really funny to me. "Medico!!"
Unit03 looked badass, it's too bad about it -_- My fav was always Unit01 lol, it's just so damned cool :D
I have the full box set on DVD, and the movie :D Death and Rebirth, I hear, is just rehashing of old footage with about 5 minutes of new stuff tossed in.
The Italian voices are very inaccurate my friend says. He's a REAL Sicilian and as soon as I showed him the voices he started cursing at my computer
(damn, i'm really whoring the forums today O.O)
