Can anyone please exactly what you type in BF1942 console to show you fps in the top left hand corner of the screen while you are playing. I have tried many combinatio but never worked, somebody please help ? and also does BF1942 have a config file for SP and MP to place command so every time you start the game you can set refresh rate and FPS to show in the game screen ? I know RTCW and COD have config files for you to customize to your preference, please reply if you know how or why i can or cant do the things i have asked !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:uhoh: :beer: Cheers !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :type: :smokin:

You will notice some commands are missing from the list (theres more console and chat commands) linked below your first post. Some chat commands were added in 1.6 patch. To see all of the console. commands available to you, in game type

`console. then hit tab twice, they will all display. Select the one you want,add(space)1 to start it, (space)0 to stop it. Hitting tab twice works to display all of the commands in each of the other 5 categories of commands-

`game. `chat. `renderer. ` profiler `admin. For example `renderer. (tab tab ) shows all those, `chat. (tab tab ) shows all those , etc.

You will notice you may obtain more data by combining 2 commands than you would by running 2 commands individually. For example ,`console.showstats 1 (leave it run) then `console.shownetgraph 1

bottom left of screen is numeric kB/sec recieved, k/B sec sent, ping, etc top left is Frames per second, middle is other numeric data. F8 off radio tooltips, look at sky.

As far as I know, you can't set those commands to permanently self-initiate;that is you have to type them in again on new map load.
