Played on an NVIDIA RTR server today, great teamwork in Gazala- I was flyng a B17 with no gunners and was being chased by a couple Stukas and BF109s while bombing a critical flag point (we had all flags but one), called for air support a few times and had two Spitfires tail me the whole time taking out any Stukas or BF109s coming at me, it was great. I even had one Spitfire tail me without even asking. We need to see more players like these.
Then hell broke loose on the next map which was Kursk, Allies immediately rushed to Axis spawn (uncappable) and stayed the the whole round, it was ridiculous- and even switching teams to Allies, they were shooting at each other with tanks and grenades.
I'd like to see your story on public server teamwork, it happens but not often.

Man,sweet moments like that are few and far between. When this game is good,it's awesome. But when it's bad,it's frickin horrible. Some of us do try.Sometimes I'll find a good tank commander and just keep repairing his tank for as long as I can.Sort of a personal grease monkey. No points or glory in it for me,but someones gotta do it.
No points or glory in it for me,but someones gotta do it.
That's the thing, some people see this game as being all about points, and they have to play alone to get them...but I find that when I play as a team member, and help those around me, I score more. If I'm in a plane, and someone calls for air support, that's a kill for me and they are showing me where the target is. That's a lot better than flying blind trying to find someone to kill. And when I escort units (like bombers), I end up getting 2 or 3 aces because the enemy is usually more concerned with downing the bomber than he is with me shooting at him! God I loves n00bs  Anyway, I have gotten to a tank at the same time as someone else before, and ended up in the turrent, and that guy drove me to the other side of the camp to drop me off next to another tank. That was so cool, and it made that game for me. So, I try to do that for others when I can. If someone calls for pickup, I try to pick them up...it's just the little things that count.
BF with teamwork is the greatest combination ever, I would love to be able to play in a game where there is teamwork present.
I try to play in a manner that will help my teammates. When artillery is called for, I'll start shelling the target. if someone's smoking I'll try to fix them. If someone needs picked up, and I'm nearby, i'll swing around to get them. I try to be courteous and help my teammates however I can.
except for TKers. I have a simple rule when it comes to team-killing. If you shoot at me (and it clearly is NOT an accident) I SHOOT BACK. If there's enemy troops everywhere and I take a bullet from a teammate, no prob, accidents happen. But if we're at the spawn point and you're shooting at friendlies with no enemies in sight, you're gonna get capped.
i've made some mistakes, yeah, i've taken out teammates by accident. Accidents happen, and I'm okay with that. Intentionally killing teammates is a good way to find yourself at the wrong end of my rifle.
The teamkilling seems to be getting a lot better since the last patch came out. Most of the servers I've played on recently have a 100 second spawn time as TK penalty. That seems to help.An easier vote kicking system would still be better though.
in jk2 they have a voting system and if someone tk's or is being dumb you can vite to kick them. it is good i like it
lmao,nice sig.Rtcw has a good vote\kick system too.
i hate tkers.Today,a guy called for reinforcements and he hid in a sniper position.Being a scout,he takes all 3 of us:fistpunch: :fistpunch: .I later bomb him and eat a timtam to celebrate revenge.the only thing sweeter than revenge is a timtam, and I hade one
