You could have checked the readme-file that came with Desert Combat but I'm never too lazy to reply to a question ;)
The gun depicted in your screenshot is the M-109 Mobile Artillery. Its my favourite gun in DC 0.3 together with the M-1974 (because it's amphibious and hence very versatile).
