Simply: www.fraps.com

You can download another good program at www.flickerfree.com

To record the sound you can use totalrecorder: www.totalrecorder.com

lol, would be awsome to have a way to enable and disable like taking SS, only video, so you can prove someone sucks, or send the admin the file and ban someone for being lame, etc. etc.

With both fraps and flickerfree you have a quick-button and when you press that button the program starts/stops to record The result is saved as a .avi-file in your recordingprogram folder. If you start-stop recording many times you will get many avi-files and the name of the files will be the time you started to record them. It´s almost like taking screnshots, yes.

Flickerfree is as laggy as fraps(maybe a bit more) but here you can change resolution, divX-codiong while recording and many other functions. I couldn´t record at higher res then 640*480...or else a message came up and said that my RAM (i think it was...long time ago, don´t realy remember :p) was to bad. (i got 256 SDR)

Or else both programs are pretty similar

There is also a program called "snagit" ...it is most for recording guides to programs but it also works in games. Here you can also change resolution but this is pretty laggy(on my crap-machine)

Does either program lag when NOT recording, so you can just have it running all the time, or does it just simply lag to have it open... Cause Ive been on a few servers and come across someone that would take mortars, tank shells, and so on with out a death.... Would love to send the file over to admin to prove it and get that user banned.
