I was reading some threads on teamwork, or the lack of it ;r . and thought what was missing is player dedication. A reason to stick to a role and therefore develop that facit. I used to play the now dated delta force games :lol: online a while back and loved that Nova did the promotions and medals thing. It made people focus on being a gunner or a sniper or something. That way each game u got dedicated soldiers, which makes it easier for teamwork(rather than have players character hopping halfway). Plus I think each level should have character limits like in Vietcong :rock: to restrict the number of RPG's or snipers etc., making them more valuable- hopefully encouraging teamwork protection etc...... any1 agree??? :mepimp:
:agreed Totaly agree thats what missing. you will have a 12 person team, and 9 of them are antitank. The rest are heavy assault. I like what you said about the unit restriction. Also the medals. That would be a great asset to this game.
i guess the problem is servers. For DF you had mummy Nova looking out for everyone, but in the mod community its a bit more maveric and therefore harder to regulate. would be nice to get a promotion or two tho!! :cry:
