LOL it'll be 1-10000000000000000000000000000 if they find your site, then it'll be 1-10000000000000000 if they pay attention, and if they do it'll be 1-1000000000000 that they'll sue you.

This gets kinda sticky, they could sue you, but you have to questions to ask yourself:

A. Will they?

B. Will they win?

Suspected answers:

A. Most likely not, if they even find it they will most likely use scare tactics to try to get you to take them off, and if you don't they just ignore you.

B. Again most likely not. To win in a United States court of law they would have to prove that you were making a profit off of them (I am assuming you are not) and your having their pictures on your site caused then some kind of detriment. Most likely that they lost some monitary sum due to it, but they would have to be selling the pictures themselves for that to happen (which would mean it is most likely porn anyway and the porn indeustry doesn't do shit about copyright infringement).

If you are a US citizen you might be able to get away with the "Fair Use" loop hole. They will look for four things if you use this defense:

A. the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes B. the nature of the copyrighted work C. the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole (is it long or short in length, that is, are you copying the entire work, as you might with an image, or just part as you might with a long novel) D. the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

Now that you know this the question should really be: Even though I can most likely get away with it, do I want to play with fire anyway?

Most likely not, we are not talking about the RIAA here (or are we).
