FIRST OF ALL: Thank you for downloading my map! This is my first BF1942 map... I hope you like it!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Paste the file "BATTLE_OF_POTATO_BRIDGE.rfa" into your Battlefield 1942 levels directory. (default: "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Mods\bf1942\Archives\bf1942\levels\")

ABOUT THE MAP: Potato Bridge is a very important bridge in a German town called Potato City, in 1945. The Japanese is in control of the city. USA's mission is to capture the control point in the city. The Japanese base on the other side of Potato River is uncaptureable. USA is eqipped with planes, tanks and jeeps. Japan is equipped with jeeps, APCs and tanks.

NOTE: This map is not meant to be historical correct. It's based on my own fantasy only.

KNOWN ISSUES: - Some objects is placed in a funny way... - Jeeps will explode if they drive too fast over the railroad. - Planes at the allied base may explode when flying over the fence to the right. - About the parachuting-spawns in the town: Don't try to land on the buildings! You will fly directly through some of them and die! - The Japanese flag is displayed as a German flag. - The US flag is displayed as an English flag. - Conquest and TDM only. No CTF and COOP.
