What does everybody think so far of Patch 2.1. I managed to try out the Skettis area and start the Ogre 5 man chains. A lot of money to be earned there. Also checking in on the 25 mans trash seems to die a lot quicker which makes it a lot more fun :)

I downloaded and patched up last night, haven't had a chance to play yet. Work's being a bitch and I most likely won't be able to test it until next week. =/

Might I ask what characters you have ScOrPY?

They sure messed up the flasks and elixirs with this patch.

Nice, the character I mainly used before I left the game was a 60 Rogue.. and I like to think I'm not the typical generic one either. I hate being generalised as a pre-pubescent teenager. :uhm:

The official forums are flooded with people bitching about things in the newest patch. The mentality people have over there really make me wonder, if things are that bad, why are people still playing the game?

Since I hear PvP hasn't had any real updates (I haven't experienced the expansion yet.. dam work) Im curious. PvP is a pretty popular part of WoW. Yet, it rarely gets any new content. Id love to see more focusing on the central storyline of "Horde vs. Alliance" that'd create some awesome world PvP quests, and really bring that feel to the game.

Id also ask for more content in the gap between 20 - 50, but since a majority of the players are at 60 - 70, Blizzard would see that as a waste of time. To be honest, the reaction I gather from people about Blizzard, they aren't doing a very good job with managing their baby.

It's been in the patch notes and on the PTR for months now. Complaining once it's released is just stupid...

That's because it's now the hated adolescent that gets no attention because Blizzard has a new baby (SC2), and eventually turns emo and cuts himself (everyone quits and plays SC2).

In other news, I haven't logged on in almost 2 weeks! I think I finally beat it! Next step; actually canceling my account... :uhm:

Having something in notes and on a PTR is one thing, but then forcing it upon the community when they don't like it is going to cause an uproar. I've always found it is the minority that whinges anyways.

Too be honest, SC2 will go far because of it's name. Other than that I don't think it'll do much else.

Then again, Blizzard has incredibly deep pockets, and some brilliant developers. We'll have to wait and see.

That about brilliant developers can be discussed, hehe

But they got quite alot of nice games :)

I have not downloaded this patch yet, main reason is because I have quit WoW ^^

But it's a brilliant thing, and everyone I know loves it. :uhm:

In the end I guess there isn't much that can be done. :uhm: You've had a good haul playing it haven't you mate? I remember when I last logged in.. well over half a year ago with that druid.. and Ad-Infinitum. They still running at all? But neverless..

If you think it's time to move onto other stuff, go for it mate. If not, delete all your current characters to remove temptation, and get a completely new start on a totally different server. Play a class you have never experienced. Might refresh things a bit. A good guild always seems to change how stuff works out too. I could never be in a hardcore raiding guild. I enjoy the game for PvP and mucking about with some friends.

Try holding a flight master hostage with a few people for a while. Always good fun.
