I'm currently using a 14 day trial subscription.. and I must say this game has sucked me in. I'm wondering if there is anyone i can continue to play, like pay a monthly fee or something, or do i HAVE to buy the $50 retail version. One more question, if I do buy the retail version how long do you have before you have to start paying extra?

Yes, you must buy the $50 retail version to continue playing, at which point, you get 30 days free before they start charging you. And to install addons you put them in "world of warcraft/interface/addons" You may have to create the addons folder, but interface should be there. This will add a button on the Character select screen, and from there you can switch the addons you have on and off.

yeah, but most of that money goes towards paying lots of employees, maintaining(sp) servers, and adding new content. It's very worth it.

Excellent. I shall have to steal my friends one which he seems to not know about. And if that's not possible, then his brother's trial, and if not that then his mother's will do.
