I didn't make it!
I can't use the blizzard downloader because it takes far too long and causes lag for the other computers in my house. Now I need to know which patch I am downloading, (blizzard downloader says "Patches" is what I am getting >< ..) A little help would be nice before I take my rage out on the computer :)
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=63256343&sid=1&pageNo=1 Alot of times you can find just what your looking for at a magic place called...
www.Google.com Sometimes you'll get alot faster responses there. I just typed in "patch after burning crusade install". It was about the third down I believe.
No need for such large letters when we have a smiley for it: :google: :)
The official WoW website might also help. I think they even provide a link in the blizzard-downloader.
He just said he can't use it, and I agree, it sucks.
Find out which version you're using (Open WoW and it'll say in the bottom left hand corner on the sign in screen) and look for a download (via Google) that patches from this version to the current version (2.1.0 I think, but again you can look this up).
Actually the new patch out today was 2.0.7, so yeah.
that's right, you should DL the new patch after installing and..be easy on your computer=)
