Act of War: High Treason Fixed Executable

This new exe corrects only one bug: the Athlon XP bug not allowing the game to start. People with the “old version” can play with people with the “new version”. If you don’t have an Athlon XP there is no interest at all in changing your exe. Installing this is simple, overwrite your old executable and off you go.
