WarChiefs finalist in Interactive Achievement Awards

It has been recently announced that The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS) have determined the exciting final nominees for its 10th annual Interactive Achievement Awards. Age Of Empires III: The WarChiefs is one of the finalists for the overall game of the year categorie alongside rivals such as Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Battlefield 2142 and Company Of Heroes.
Nominations for overall game of the year included Gears of War, Wii Sports, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Guitar Hero 2 and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Computer (PC) game of the year nominees included Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Company of Heroes, Battlefield 2142, Prey, and Age of Empires III: The Warchiefs.
The company literature noted that a high record number of titles were considered by the AIAS team which actually consist of over 300 judges - so you can see how tense it might get when getting down to choosing who wins. Thirty total categories will take each game into consideration so best hope for Age Of Empires III: The WarChiefs and great news in them getting through to the finals.
