Aurum athina has a lot of gold and hostile egyptian soldiers. There are no other recources. Start with market and fort. Allies start pretty close together, you can buy recources at the market.
//1 vs >= 1 play can be hard.

To install it, put the .xml file ( looks like internet explorer) into the RM2 file in the game. (go to my computer, Local Disk(C:), program files, microsoft games, age of mythology, rm2)
Then put the .xs file (looks like notepad) into the same folder that you put the .xml file into.

Look for Jotunheim athina. It has giants roaming around (like in mythology) and hostile norse soldiers. Lots of trees and no gold.
