Description
This mod is a fairly well made modification based on the Behemoth model. The Olympian Armadillo has many new features, such as flames erupting from its feet. The texture, although new, is simply a color change from the Behemoth, with a few alterations. Overall, this mod is an above average project, which is worthy of a download recommendation, but don't get your expectations too high. ~Waveslave

BY CHOOSING THE FILES THAT ARE MARKED WITH A * !!! I.E. USE PROTOX.XML INSTEAD OF PROTO.XML!!!

1. Run the file 'Olympian Armadillo Setup.exe'
2. Open proto.xml / protox.xml with WordPad or NotePad (if you don't have proto.xml or protox.xml,
then see bottom of document for instructions on how to obtain it). This file should be in the
folder ...Age of Mythology/data.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of proto.xml / protox.xml* and create a space between the last two
words: </unit> and </proto>, like this:
...blablabla...
</unit>
</proto>
4. Paste the contents of the file 'Olympian Armadillo's Stats.txt' in the ZIP archive at the bottom of
proto.xml / protox.xml* in the space you created.

1. Download AoMED here:
2. Run AoMED
3. Click 'Set Input Data File'
4. Find the file data.bar or data2.bar* which should be in the ...Age of Mythology/data folder.
5. Click 'Read Data File'
6. When the process is finished, go back into AoMED and this time,
7. Click 'Direct File Conversion'
8. Go into the folder ...Age of Mythology/data (where you extracted data.bar or data2.bar*) and find
the file proto.xmb or protox.xmb*
9. click OK.
When conversion is finished, you will see proto.xml or protox.xml* appear in ...Age of Mythology/data

You can now place an Olympian Armadillo unit in the editor. It is not currently summonable in-game, but you can edit techtree.xml if you absolutely must make it appear in-game.
