This changes the textures on the Laser Bear to make it have a different cape, and disco laser eyes.

The mod seems mighty good. in my opinion some downloaders might not like to have their lazer bear with a cape of george bush market with a red X. the face of george bush was, of course, copied and paste it from a real picture. the textures didnt came so good for some reason. they were kind of like foggy. clearly a mod made by MS Paint, but not bad. The lazer itself looked really nice. i cant say much about it. in general is just a simmple modification of two .ddt files.

This is along the same sort of lines as Captain BigShield
It makes the Lserbear prove his canadian Origins, by giving him a rather special cape, and some funky disco light laser eyes

Put the ddt's in the textures folder
