This is a good mod, you can place a unit, that is like a hoplite, but has a good helmet from the start and carries two Cine Tridents. I like this myself, and it is very simple, it will be good for people (without The Titans) to have units that people will recognize as Atlantean units. Download this one, it is of high quality, you won't be dissapointed, although, maybe the Cine Tridents are a bit large!

When you place the unit it is not a full strength. You can edit this in the editer, it is a donwfall but the unit is good.

			~-Warrior of Poseidon: A New Unit Modification-~

Description:

This is a new unit (my second mod) which lets you place in the map editor a "Warrior of Poseidon" unit,
which is similar to a hoplite but he carries a trident and always has a good helmet. Pretty cool.

Installation:

Use Vachu's BAR explorer to extract "data.bar" in the AoM/Data folder. Paste the "Warrior of Poseidon_anim"
file to the directory "Age of Mythology/anim" Also, paste the text of the proto document into the end of the
proto.xml file in the "Age of Mythology/data" directory, between the last two words "</unit>" and "</proto>"

Questions or Comments? Want a little guide on modding new units yourself? Email me at aboyd@csus.com.
Thanks for trying my second new unit mod!

Oh, one more thing: if you want the Warrior of Poseidon to have a name and not be just blank, download Vachu's
Text Editor and in the proto file where you see "unit id" and "displaynameid", after that you should see an
"X." In the Text Editor, add a new line (make sure to put in a vacant ID number) and call it "Warrior of Poseidon."
Then, you can do another line if you want to describing the rollover text. Take the ID number of the text and type
it in where you see an "X" in the proto text. I kinda messed up by not telling people about this in my
"Great Swordsman" unit mod, so please download that, too, and do what you just did for that as well.
