Micromod makes numerous balance-geared changes to character speeds, weapon accuracy, tracking, stunning, and some other minor tweaks.

Installation (If you already know what you're doing, just install as you would for any .rez file) ------------ -Create a folder named 'custom' in your AvP2 directory -Place Micro.rez in the 'custom' folder you just created -Start up AvP2 -Click the options button on the Game Launcher -Type '-rez custom\micro.rez' in the text box -Check 'Always specify these command line parameters' -Enjoy -I tested this mod with AvP2 version 220.127.116.11, but it will probably work with Primal Hunt as well. There's no reason (that I can think of) this mod would cause any problems with your system, but if the core goes nuclear it's not my responsibility. -My primary goal here was to balance out the power of most human weapons and a few of the predator ones. Every change I made is detailed below if you're curious ;) SUMMARY OF CHANGES ------------------ NO STUNS!!! Aliens will spray a up to 3 times more acid blood when hit, so be careful when the bugs get up close and personal (they do have to be practically on your face for this to come into play, so don't worry too much). XENOMORPH -corpse tearing heals 10 hp up from 1 -no alien class will catch on fire -runner/drone/predalien/praetorian move speeds increased by 40 (crouch speeds for praetorian unchanged) -CHESTBURSTER run speed up to 410 to help escape body camping -QUEEN -can feed to recover health WEAPONS -claws are 2x more accurate, claws/hand reduced to 5 from 6 -tail stab damage is 100/200/300, range reduced to 170, hits almost precisely where you're aiming (so you need to exhibit some accuracy to land a hit) -QUEEN tail stab range reduced to 350 -PREDALIEN claws range reduced to 175 from 200 HUMAN -exosuit cannot jump, exosuit pilot can be facehugged -emp effect, although it no longer stuns, lasts 4x longer -marine snipers lost the grenade launcher as a class weapon, and have gained the shotgun WEAPONS RAIL GUN -damage reduced to 150/shot (that's still 200 * 5 for headshots) -move speed reduced while carrying this weapon -max ammo reduced to 7, default ammo reduced to 7 PULSE RIFLE -bullets are 3x less accurate -impact grenades are affected by gravity MINIGUN -bullets are 3x less accurate EXOSUIT MINIGUN -bullets are 3x less accurate GRENADE LAUNCHER -prox/pipe grenades damage area reduced to 200 from 250 -spider grenades damage area reduced to 150 from 250 -spider grenades last 30 seconds, up from 20 -pipe grenades last 1.0 seconds, down from 2 (that means they explode faster) -all these grenades fly a bit faster, up to 3500 from 3000 since they ARE being shot from a grenade launcher SADAR ROCKETS -tracking rockets track at 200 degrees/second, down from 400 degrees/second FLAME THROWER -does 25 burn damage in a 75 wide area (so don't smoke youself with it!) -catching on fire will deal 15 damage/second for 15 seconds (225 damage). Translation: certain doom if you are a human and a healthpack is not nearby SMART GUN -now uses SADAR tracking PREDATOR -heavy predator run speed up to 300 from 260 -assault predator run speed up to 320 from 290 -light predator run speed recuced to 380 from 400 WEAPONS WRIST BLADES -primary fire is 2x more accurate -no longer does the slow uppercut attack SPEAR -primary fire is 2x more accurate -primary range reduced to 150 from 200 -primary only does the two-slice attack now -secondary fire is 2x more accurate -secondary range reduced to 175 from 250 SHOULDER CANNON -does not uncloak -does not track -plasma fly speed up to 1400 from 1200 -class weapon for all predators PISTOL -primary does 40 area damage, down from 80 -primary energy cost up to 6 from 3 -secondary fire disabled DISC -costs 18 energy for a normal recall, costs 27 energy for a teleport recall NET GUN -net fly speed up to 850 from 800 -no longer a class weapon for normal predator -max ammo reduced to 4 from 6 -default ammo increased to 4 from 3
