The original zip file contains 5 files, make sure that you have all
of them...

1) avp_gold_source_116_1.zip
2) avptoolssetup.zip
3) shape_rifs.zip
4) bible.zip
5) tools2.zip

Listed below in order are the places to extract the files, pay close
attention to where they go, and don't assume that they will work if
you change the path that we specify in this document.

Extract the files to your desktop and move them to the proper folders
after extracting each sub file.  This is done for simplicity and to
keep this rather simple.

Aliens Versus Predator Gold Edition must be installed to the default
directory.  If you don't have it at this location nothing will work
properly.

This is the entire source for the game and engine.  You MUST extract 
it to the following location....

C:\Program Files\Fox\Aliens Versus Predator

The zip is setup to create the folder "Source" with subfolders of
that.

#####################################################################

This is a self extracting program that will install the tools and
make the necessary registry entries automatically.  Simply double 
click the file for it to run it's course.

##                         shape_rifs.zip                          ##

Extract this zip file to the following location, it will make it's
own folder of "shape_rifs" the files must be in that folder, and 
under no other name.

C:\Program Files\Fox\Aliens Versus Predator

This is by far the most important file of the entire set.  It will
be consistantly updated, so if you just got these tools, go and open
up the bible.  You can then check if there are updates of it, to 
help you through your moding endeavors.  We suggest you extract it
to your desktop...

C:\Windows\Desktop

or to the avp directory

C:\Program Files\Fox\Aliens Versus Predator

Simply open the folder and you will find a file called "Start AvP 
Bible Here.html"

These are additions programes for edditing that will be needed. 
Simply extract them to the following folder and they will place 
themselves accordingly.
