Splash instructions:

-"Rename" existing "splash.bmp" located in folder "\Army Operations\System" to a name of your coice (for example "oldsplash.bmp")
-"Extract" one or all "flag_splash.bmp", "gold_splash.bmp", or "silver_splash.bmp" from this archive to folder "\Army Operations\System"
-"Copy" then "Paste" either "flag_splash.bmp", "gold_splash.bmp", or "silver_splash.bmp", whichever is your choice, into the same directory
-"Rename" copied file, either "Copy of flag_splash.bmp", "Copy of gold_splash.bmp", or "Copy of silver_splash.bmp" to "splash.bmp"
-Start an instance of "ArmyOps.exe"
-Enjoy your new splash

Wallpaper instructions:

-"Extract" one or all "flag_wallpaper.bmp", "gold_wallpaper.bmp" or "silver_wallpaper.bmp" from this archive, to a folder of your choice (for example  "c:\My Documents")
-Right click on your desktop, choose "Properties"
-In the Display Properties dialog box, click the "Background" tab
-In the "Background" tab, click "Browse" button
-Navigate the "Browse" dialog box to the previous folder of your choice and select either "flag_wallpaper.bmp", "gold_wallpaper.bmp", or  "silver_wallpaper.bmp", click on "open" button
-Click on "OK" button in "Background" tab
-Minimize open windows on your desktop
-Enjoy your new wallpaper

I created these for myself and my friends own personal enjoyment.  The concept for the foreground design is not my creation.  It was painstakingly  recreated based on the original www.aafiles.com splash/wallpaper.  Background images were takin from various web sources.  There was no cut and pasting  from the original splash/wallpaper.
