Dilithium Editor

This is a savegame cheater. I allows you to change the amount of dilithuim yourself. 

I believe to much cheating makes the game dull. But a little cheating can make it funner.

Yoyu must copy the armcheat.exe file to the same directory are you saved games 
(e.g. program files\activision\Start Trek Armada\save")

It is a good idea to back up you saved games. (Copy them to some other directory).

I just made a backup directory under \save.
