Well, in a sense this is as the name suggests. It's a Galaxy Class model (from stock) though edited so that the Hull is in fact on top, rather than below. It also looks from several of the screenshots that this vessel replaces the Saucer Seperation too.
Though strange, it is creative ;) - The one part reminds me of Micro Machines of Trek with the Saucer & Neck section ripped off the galaxy Class.
