This mod makes the Klingon Construction Ship's shields stronger and makes it so it CAN attack planets with it's forward phaser. A cheap, and disposable planet-killer. This is my first mod, and if it doesn't work, email me at mewfori@yahoo.com and I'll attempt to fix it.
