A long time ago, Aad Moerman uploaded a Klingon battleship, the Negh'Var / Voodieh / call it what you want class. You could call it "Aad-man Begins", but then I'd have to hurt you. Anyway, Aad has decided that the time has finally come to revisit that original Klingon work of his, and has he EVER beefed it up. This is a truly awesome bit of work, as always from Aad, and it comes with everything you'd expect.

Note that this download WILL OVERWRITE STOCK, and as such, you'll need to be a little careful (or know what you're doing and manually install the mod to your download).

Definitely worth a download.

Klingon battleship by Aad Moerman

The first file, I uploaded, was that of the  Negh'var class. Now it was time to give it a good work-over. A famous ship as the Neg'var deserved it.
The polycount has risen considerably, but that shouldn't be a problem.


Important Note:
Make a backup of your existing files, because most files in this folder will overwrite the stock files!

All meshes, textures, etc are by me. 

The Odf files are edited stock files.

Installation instructions

Open the kbattle kmartok folder

Open the SOD folder -->

Put the sod files into the sod folder of Armada II. When prompted to overwrite, click 'yes'. 

Open the ODF folder -->

Put the odf file into the odf ship folder of Armada II. When prompted to overwrite, click 'yes'. 

Open the Texturefolder -->
put the tga into the texture RGB folder of Armada II. When prompted to overwrite, click 'yes'. 
( I include the MS3D files for those who are interested.)

Open the Bitmaps folder -->

Open the Bitmaps folder of Armada II --> open Admiralslog --> open ShipImages and put the images there. When prompted to overwrite, click 'yes'.

Open Sprites --> open gui_global

find the lines:

# Klingon wireframes
@reference=256

delete these lines:

kbattlew1			klingwireframe01	0	0	48	48		
kbattlew2			klingwireframe01	48	0	48	48		
kbattlew3			klingwireframe01	96	0	48	48		
kbattlew4			klingwireframe01	144	0	48	48		
kbattlew5			klingwireframe01	192	0	48	48

and delete:

kmartokw1			klingwireframe04	0	48	48	48		
kmartokw2			klingwireframe04	48	48	48	48		
kmartokw3			klingwireframe04	96	48	48	48		
kmartokw4			klingwireframe04	144	48	48	48		
kmartokw5			klingwireframe04	192	48	48	48	

then find:

# Klingon wireframes
@reference=128 (if not present, just add the reference)

add below that list:
kbattlew1			wfkbattle		0	0	128	128
kmartokw1			wfkmartok		0	0	128	128
