File Description

This is a really cool idea, it's a Crystalline Entity ship collection for Armada II.

You may remember the Crystalline Entity from Star Trek The Next Generation. It fed on life forms by clearling all living things on a planets surface. It was used by Lore, Data's brother, to wipe out the colony Data was created on and to attempt to destroy the Enterprise. Now you can play the game as a wide range of Crystalline life forms.

I thought this would be a cool mod for the game, and after making the first one, I remembered the three bears story...  heh, so here’s the Crystalline Entity ship pack...

That's it for the file list, now to install:

1. Open tech1.tt with notepad and add the following:

crystalline0.odf	0

gcrewkill.odf		0

2. Now open the gui_global.spr file and copy these lines:

3. Next open weapons.spr file and add the following:

@reference=256
# Crystalline Plasma Cannon

4. Then you can add it as a starting unit, or put it in the map editor, etc...

For example, open species8472.odf in the .../odf/other folder and add:
standardUnits5 = "crystalline3.odf"	// Crystalline Entity
