Actually this is already the second patch for Tholian full race mod released within the last 7 days.
This time STGamerNew2002 got alot of missing stuff for the mod. The patch includes voice files, Admiral's Log pictures, an own space background and some nice addititions for the Tholian's GUI. Well, the only thing to complain about might be the new voices... they are... hummm... pretty unique ;) . I think that they are fitting to the race but you should check 'em out and consider yourself :) .
Overall this is a must-download for the Tholian lovers out there.

Note: This is coming as an ZIP package, so you have to put the files and folders yourself. Check the readme for details.
Fellow ST:Arm 2 Gamers, I wanted to give my small helping hand to Slider on his 'TNG-Era Tholian Race' mod. I personally do like the mod and the race that I wanted to help them be more a complete race with the missing files he mentioned in his previous mod: The GOOD stuff: -There are NEW sounds for the Tholian race. -There are Admiral Logs' pic's and Logos(Officers' and In-Screen). -Their own Space background. I hope Slider, as well you gamers, would ENJOY the mod more fully now with this patch(look at pics and see)!
