This mod change some things in ini file.

List Of Changes: - Aragorn, Legolas, Thranduil, Lurtz, Witch King (Angmar), Rogash have max 40 Rank. - Custom Hero have 15 max Rank - Isengard, mordor, Goblins, have fastest building units and more Health of buildings - All Fortrees have more range so you see all map - Upgrades cost 50000 - Upgrades units cost 30000 - Fortrees produced 2000 resources - Unlimited CP

I think this is all. For install just extract ini folder to data folder. Example: c\bfme2\data\
