What the mod does:

- human faction have 5 more heroes , 3 elves and 2 brothers of your main heroe - double life points for all buildings (no more paper walls) - increase all ressources for all factions, by 2 for good factions , by 3 for evils factions - increase AI command points by 2 - All Heroes have 0 command points , except your main heroe (didn't find where to modify) - Good faction fortress cost a bit less (4000 instead 5000 ) - Reduce difficult AI damage to normal ( so damage = 100 % instead 125 %) - reduce the money range of all factions farms by 50 % (so you can build more farms )

The mod is tested and work find for me , I use to play solo , human faction + 1 ally against all 4 evil faction with brutal AI , work very nice for me EXCEPT THE RETREAT SYSTEM WHO IS HORRIBLE , ennemy flee sometime before I attack his base , it sucks so much !

WITCH KING 2.0

but first an annoucement : 

::: PLZ some one make a mod for deseable the retreat
system , it's horrible !!!! :::

1. what the mod do :

- human faction have 5 more heroes , 3 elves and 2
brothers of your main heroe
- double life points for all buildings (no more paper
walls)
- increase all ressources for all factions, by 2 for
good factions , by 3 for evils factions

2. INSTALLATION 

Go to your main game folder , take the file INI.BIG
and copy it to an folder to save it ,
take the INI.BIG from my zip file and paste it on the
original , REMENBER TO SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL
INI.BIG FILE FIRST !!
Start a new game .

For the ones who can make a mod to deseable the
retreat system I have found this in 
data\ini\default\skirmishaidata.ini , few new files ,
changing the number seems to do something 
but not sure , increase the number or add minus to all
seems to accelerate the retreat , but again
I'm not sure .
