Ninjas......what more can you want?

I've heard from my sources this poll should finally be free of bugs. If anyone seems to still have a problem, send me a Pm and I'll get right on it after I've finished commanding my Dino army.

 #3 - Civilians with penalties - Posted by: Galileo126 (Member) on 01-27-2009 at 12:02
I say to put in civilians. If you grad a civilian, your team gets penalized in the ticket count. This would keep players more alert by making it harder, and prevent carpet bombing. Then again, I DO like to carpet bomb!

I like that Galileo...but how about this for more realism.. Everytime you kill a civilian, the US loses a point, the player who is stuck sitting back idly playing "President" gets slammed by media and the red team gets probs for killing innocents..plus 2 if they cut his head off on video.

accutaly civis are in Project Reality so its aready in bf2

Gotta be civilians. Bring back the ol' 'minimise civilian casualties' objective. Brilliant idea Galileo. I'd put weather as a close second choice with jamming guns/running out of fuel as absolute LAST choice

The fuel thing wouldn't be realistic either, since BF2 vehicles seldomly survive long enough to burn half a gallon.

Day and night cycle

I'd like weapon jamming. Added a nice twist to Far Cry 2, it was always advisable to have a reliable weapon if you were going to use it a lot. Although how the M16 was more reliable than the G3 beats me

Weather Effects like random rainstorms, duststorms etc. and day/night cycle sounds cool. Though heydapop's idea sounds good too!

i Would like weather effects fire and civilians BUT instead of Imperial Space Marines From Warhammer 40K I would like Necrons they are immortal Skeleton Warriors that can repairs themselves (Unless they are vaporized or blown to tiny bits) the flayed ones also have claws to rip space marries skin of and wear it :borg: my kind of thing :D

Lots of good choices, I'm thinking things being set on fire. the game needs LOTS more explosions }> .

id like to see weapon jams (stove-pipe jams or misfires from bad loads) or rounds being cooked off from continuous fire

 #23 - Fuel System - Posted by: Rdc_Firefly (Member) on 02-01-2009 at 13:14
In the Phoenix1942 Mod Vehicles actually run out of Fueld , i used the same system Ea used in Secret Weapons for the German Flying rocket , the heat increment , and it works quite well u just cant refuel but u have realistic fuel consumption based on enginne rpm , in the b17 for exemple each enginne are gonna stop till you are flying in just one enginne just like in the movie memphis belle , all guns still work if u manage to land . Check the mod here in Bf Files - Phoenix1942 http://battlefield2.filefront.com/file/Firefly_MinimodMap_Pack_Part_1;94295

How about the destructible environment that they put in Bad Company but never made it to PC. Explain to me how that makes sense...
